I've been meaning to tell you for some time now - I've been driving the ball much better and I have rediscovered my long irons and am happy with how it's going with the new grip!! I am happy to think that I was so close to giving up the game and now to be this happy to be playing so well - it has been fun playing in the league this summer!

I just shot 71 in a 5 man game and shot 68 playing Greenbelt with 5 birdies and an eagle! Things are looking much better! I would like to get fitted for a hybrid soon too!

I get it - the fundamentals, the idea of simplicity, and especially the part about making golf FUN! I like shooting lower scores and hitting it much better! I want more!

You have a way about helping people that is not traditional and now I know why my freinds encouraged me to drive from Indianapolis to see you. They have both had lessons from you and swear by what you have taught them.

Holy Smoke! Are you kidding me?!?! I have had lessons in the past - but never like the one you gave me this afternoon. I am still in shock as to how easy this is after you took all of the junk in my head and got rid of it and showed me how I could hit the ball better in just one hour! You have a way that really works! My ball flew straight for the first time in years and I was under control of it every time!!!! Sign me up for more lessons - if they all are like today's lesson - you are going to be a star!

Its Rick. No need to call me back, but I just wanted to tell you that after our lesson, I am shank-free. As a matter of fact, I am so shank-free that I had a 39 on the back 9 on Saturday, and had a 38 on the back side on Sunday! I greatly appreciate the help!

You deserve accolades for your organization, creation of a fun & and friendly environment, your devotion to the game of golf, but most of all - you helped us all get better immediately! My company's group, especially the ladies, had a terrific time at our retreat clinic - many of the first time golfers said that if they knew golf was this much fun, they would have started to play a long time ago. You impressed a lot of people with your easygoing and engaging nature and your professional and fun delivery. You should do more of these clinics! Let's schedule a clinic at your facility again next spring!

Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 09:35PM Plane and Simple is a clash of logic, physics, common sense, and of course golf. I have a 6-Sigma background, and can clearly see that Jeff's program is designed to help everyone lower their scores.
You'll find out where your largest source of "variation" is - that being the areas of the game you are the most inconsistent. Whether its bunker shots that have high lips or 50 yard pitch shots with a hazard in line of site, Plane and simple will get to the bottom of it.
My answers were simple - I left over 60% of my pitch shots short (giving me no chance to ever hole them out) and also no ability to read the green for the putt coming back (one advantage to getting it past the hole). I also missed right 70% of the time on ALL shots inside 100 yards - something I never knew!
I also just got fitted for a Driver.....25 yards carry gained with a new shaft, driver loft, and 1 swing lesson. Jeff is equipped with a launch monitor and titleist fitting system - no guesswork!

Hit it really well on the range tonight after the rain. Irons still solid and the best I've hit the driver in long time. On the driver I moved ball forward 2 inches, very loose grip, quiet hands... Encouraging, but know I just borrowed it for tonight. Even had a draw on may 30/40% of drives..
